About the role
Join the dynamic team at Evergreen Group Pte Ltd as a Retail Associate. In this full-time role based in the East Region, you will be a key part of providing exceptional customer service and helping to drive sales in our vibrant retail environment.

What you'll be doing
• WOW customers with service and creating a welcoming in-store experience
• Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and processing transactions
• Maintaining the visual merchandising and presentation of the store to company standards
• Restocking shelves and ensuring the store is well-organised and tidy
• Processing cash and card payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Contributing to a positive team dynamic and supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for
• Proven experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Enthusiasm for providing the best possible shopping experience to customers
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business
• A team player attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
